1. Delivery Only Service
All Kaaskop Cheese Club boxes are delivered directly to the delivery address provided during checkout. Collection from markets or other locations is not available for Cheese Club subscriptions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, access restrictions, or absence at the delivery address, Kaaskop cannot guarantee redelivery without additional delivery charges.

2. Delivery Timing
Cheese Club boxes are prepared and dispatched once per month at the end of the month. Members will receive notification when their monthly box has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on logistics, courier schedules, supplier availability, and external factors such as weather or public holidays. While Kaaskop will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

3. Perishable Product Notice
Cheese is a natural and perishable product. Variations in texture, softness, aroma, or appearance may occur during transport, especially in warmer conditions. This does not necessarily indicate that the product is defective. Customers are responsible for refrigerating their cheese as soon as possible after delivery. For the best tasting experience, cheeses should be removed from refrigeration approximately 20 to 30 minutes before serving.

4. Product Selection and Substitutions
The Kaaskop Cheese Club is a curated experience. Each monthly box contains cheeses selected by Kaaskop based on availability, quality, and seasonal production. Because artisan cheeses are produced in limited batches, Kaaskop reserves the right to substitute cheeses when necessary while maintaining the value and experience of the box.
Specific cheeses cannot be guaranteed in advance.

5. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of cheese, Kaaskop does not accept returns once products have been delivered. Returns based on personal taste preferences, texture variations, or expected flavour profiles will not be accepted. Cheese is a natural product and flavour characteristics may vary between batches.

6. Delivery Issues and Claims
If a customer believes that a delivery has arrived damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, Kaaskop must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, customers must provide:
• their order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs of the product and packaging Failure to report an issue within the 24-hour window may result in the claim being declined.

7. Resolution of Verified Issues
If Kaaskop determines that a product was damaged or compromised due to handling errors or packaging issues under our control, we may at our discretion offer one of the following:
• a replacement product
• store credit
• partial refund
These resolutions will only be offered in cases where the issue is verified and determined to be due to negligence or error on the part of Kaaskop.

8. Limitation of Liability
Kaaskop will not be liable for issues resulting from:
• delays caused by couriers or logistics providers
• incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
• products left unattended after delivery
• improper storage after delivery
Once a delivery has been successfully completed at the provided address, responsibility for product storage and handling passes to the customer.

Our team will always aim to resolve genuine issues fairly while maintaining the integrity of our artisan cheese products. ________________________________________
We charge a flat fee of R105.00 for all deliveries with a minimum order value of R1000.
If your order is above R1500.00 the delivery fee will be waived.
Orders between R1001 - R1499 will have a R80 delivery fee.
Any issues with your orders will be handled on an individual basis.
